on a 1998 Chrysler cirrus the heater blows warm thru the vents. When u turn it on defrost it blows cold or if u turn the blower on high

When the engine is at operating temperature does the heater blow hot ( not warm) out the vents when you have the temp selected to max temp? Automatic or manual HVAC?
