91' GMC sierra fullcab about 140,000. I have a problem with my vents. Ok when it on heat when i turn it off. there will be heat coming the vent by my feet and will do the same thing if i have cold on instead of heat when it is off. WHY!

Answered in "Funny Noises" section as I think your two problems are that actuator or rods to it or gear stripped,
