I am thinking either the transmission will have to be raised or the subframe lowered. Looking for an easier solution or which is best. thanks, andy fleetwood76 New User Aug 30, 2018, 9:14 AM Post #2 of 5 (1315 views) Re: 02 sebring 2.7 limited convertible, a-arm lower control arm bolt wont clear transmission Sign In fyi, I had to loosen motor mount and jack up tranny about an inch, then had to lower subframe about a half inch, and finally used dremel to notch out a bit of the bolt flange and voila. I don't know if it was text book, but it got the job done. It was worth it.
