Hi Fellow Block Heads, My son purchased the following 2002 Mazda Miata LS 1.8Liter 152,000 miles The power steering rack was leaking. A remanufactured unit was purchased and installed by my son and I. We followed the steps of bleeding the air by turning the steering wheel multiple times without turning the car on. We filled the reservoir during the air bleed. Noticed that the wheel turning would start to be very difficult to turn after 6-7 cycling. Once we didn’t see any air bubbles, we turned the car on. As soon as the wheel was turned it would go beserk. Any ideas why the steering rack is acting this way? Joe Saint Augustine Florida
