2003 Camry Figure out this noise

I get this noise on right turns, but not every right turn. I can pull up in my drive way and turn steering left and right and not get the noise. The video is when the noise was at its worse and apparent no matter what right turn I made. I even jacked up the car took the tires off and the noise was there. While someone turned the wheels for me I put my hand on the passenger front tie rod and felt the squeal. Does it mean its the inner tie rod? I am thinking just to replace inner and outer to see if it resolves it. 2003 Camry 205k miles, majority front parts original (excluding brakes) https://youtu.be/J9wkMeeKfjk The coincidence is this happened after I took vehicle for inspection and the mechanic said my bellow's boot on that side was torn. (It wasn't torn by the way)

That video it made dry screeching noise sitting still turning both ways I thought I'll watch again but that noise can't be the CV joint sitting still. I does sound like a very dry heavier screech like a ball joint totally dry and still tight enough may not show play - none allowed and not greasable. You may see rust stain coming out of it? Look, T

Listened again and again. Sound like I though did do as you said. I doubt a rubber noise that's like barn door heavy metal squeak/screech. Only so much can do that with a deep sound. Could be anything that moves said not the CV joint likely but it turns not spinning when still never heard one make noise other than clunk and about fall off. It may need doing too and outer tie rod? If you hoist this by body engine off key such that you can turn wheel by hand you should feel the exact one or more. Turn to look at the boot. If water in there it's over and the other joints quit sealing it out grease washed away is what I find and are not greasable. Good and bad as folks don't want to do that anyway or places just skip that so don't think there are any in this car but may come with replacement parts? Sorry for two posts on same issue. Oh if noise doesn't do it hoisted by body try hoisting by that wheel's lower control arm and try again shifts where the weight/pressure is, T

Sounds like a lower ball joint or outer tie rod dried out. Boots ripped? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

OK - you should feel that but the vibration of the noise could travel. If difficult to tell which one a listening rod* or mechanic's stethoscope would be better. * Listening Rod: Can use a very long screwdriver pressed on suspect area and handle end against your ear. Where you hoist changes where forces are. McPherson struts extended to max range by lifting by body the force is top end of ball joint. If by lower control arm should be from the bottom of the joint might make noise either way? That sounded loud and heavy not lighter I would expect from a tie rod can do this too. Inner wouldn't sitting still it's just pushing. Those when worn have free play you can about see jockeying the wheel by hand looking at them. It's there, it's read and whatever you find needs correcting which mean new. IDK - check other side at least for any free play now if not noise. It doesn't have to involve both but might most techs would do both sides equally. Top of strut twists in rubber and isn't as metallic as I heard so can't say. Only so much even with good video to be sure of vs being right there - same story with noises it was just familiar to me. IDK - sealed joints either last forever or don't I dare say the rubber boots fail from water spray driving and allow water in. If submerged they really aren't meant to be underwater proof just the mist water of moving along on wet surfaces. If finding it fail for you get some help that has the experience think you'd be sure in no time, T
