2013 Impala power assist steering making noise/vibrating

Hi
My steering started making noise when I'm on the highway. If it is centered, it's fine. When I go around a curve, I can hear a motor working and feel a slight vibration in the steering wheel.
There is no issue at low speed. The issue starts at about 15mph+
It sounds/feels like a car that's low on steering fluid but the Impala was topped off when I checked.

It could be a lot of things. You are going to have to isolate where the vibration is originating from. Have a helper operate the steering wheel back and forth while you look and feel around for the point.
It can be a bad pump, chattering rack and pinion or a binding upper strut plate.
