>I have a squeak coming from the front end. It happens when I drive, and it happens when I push up/down on the front bumper, nothing from the rear. Seems to be more obvious when its hot/ humid. Appears to be coming from the front spring, and when I crawl under the truck and have someone push on the bumper, it almost sounds like the center, above the transmission. Wherever I listen, it sounds like that's where it is. But I think its more near the spring. I had the struts and rear shocks replaced 2 yrs ago. The sway bar bushings are shot, but I sprayed them as well as everything I could see moving, with lubricant to try and isolate the noise. It does sound like rubber squeaking, not really metal... or possibly a slow metal creaking, like the coil. If I push slowly on the bumper, the noise is slow, if I push fast, it's fast...
Suggestions? - Thanks

It needs to be inspected on a "drive on" lift so you can be under the car when you jounce it. The common causes are lower control arm bushings, dry ball joints, springs working in the seats or stabilizer frame bushings.

Thanks for the advice..... I'll check all those areas, and if I can't figure it out, take it to my mechanic....

Hold your fingers on the metal close to these areas while someone jounces the car. You will feel the vibration when you're close.
