I also had them do the alignment. I took it back the next day because it still wasnt aligned. They did it again , and said "We did the best we could , hope it helps your issue" They also gave me a printout which you find at the link below. It clearly shows in the printout that it is not within spec and truck pulls noticeably to the right if I hold the wheel straight. They also added some image , but failed to explain anything to me. Is there something else causing the alignment to be off? Should I demand a refund for the alignment? This was at NTB. Any advice would be appreciated since they offered none. Have they tried swapping the front tires to see if the vehicle pulls the other direction or tracks straight? Everything matters before an alignment if it couldn't be put in spec with adjustments this place should have said why not just blow it off. It may be bent, not level even a very uneven load in vehicles. Keep going, tire pressure even though new are they right? How much fuel and or if dual tanks? DS asked above if it did it before this didn't show that it was put in spec by printout now question the machine use if tech(s) knew just how to use it and believe it? This thread is actually getting old for the problem OP said it had. I would suggest just go to another place that really specializes in alignments and get some answers not just "we did the best we could" find out WHY? These mods can add additional adjustment but cost substantially more than a basic alignment.
