I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla and I was told my front hub bearing is starting to make noise. So I figure I will replace it my questions is instead of replacing just the bearing because as I see it requires a press to press the bearing out I was wondering I know it will cost more for the part but does the hub assembly contain the bearing in it or are they two separate items it seems the assembly is much easier to install and I hope this would work please let me know. They are pieces that are sold seperately unless you get the whole knuckle with bearing and hub from a salvage yard. What you could do to save some money, if you want to do this yourself, is to remove the knuckle and have a repair shop press the new bearing in for you. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
