Hello all,
Thanks for helping me out so far. I'm back with my 2004 Honda City, which has done about 280,000 Km. There's this really weird issue I'm having with the car. The whole car is generally vibrate-ish at 80+Km/h. However, if I drive at about 90Km (2.1K RPM) for half an hour, it gets much much smoother and quieter.

Any ideas?

Oh boy. Could be anything that turns along with the speed of the vehicle and a hunt to pin down. First check should be tires and wheels. Yup - even warped or tread problem can pick on a specific speed then better faster or slower that just that speed.

Tires even with high KMs should all be same age, size and brand also with the same amount of wear,

All of the car's tires have done over 20,000 Km and are of the same size. However, the two frontal tires are from one company and the back tires are from another. The amount of wear is not the same however. The back tires are older than the frontal(10,000 Km difference). The wheel bearings are new.
My only clue is that the vibration disappears after a while of driving over 90 Km/h.

I'll do a machine road force test this week if that helps.

Probably OK if same on each axle. Could try cross rotating and see if it makes it worse or better? Check that tires are NOT marked for direction of rotation to stay one direction only if you cross rotate and doubt this car calls for specialty tires of the sort but check anyway.

Ones with arrows sometimes and words saying "direction of rotation" do not change the direction.

It has some high KMs so open to a few maybe things and harder if not constant to isolate,
