We have a brand new 2018 Toyota Rav 4. My brother in law used the car and now there is some sort of scratch or mark across the steering wheel. I don't know much about cars - I think it's leather. Is there any way to get this out? Maybe some type of product we can put on it? Or is possible to replace this middle part (horn/airbag cover I guess)? Thank you. I've attached pics. Kind of hard to see. The mark goes almost horizontal across the middle. https://ibb.co/d9Q4kS https://ibb.co/mN70QS https://ibb.co/fsSOen https://ibb.co/cuJ1X7 https://ibb.co/k0i1X7 https://ibb.co/k0oeKn

Yes, it looks like something got dragged across the surface. It's not that bad. You can forget replacing it as that is the airbag and you would be looking at $1,000 or more. Put some leather dressing on it and that may hide it a little. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
