VW IGNITION PROBLEMS

I have attached a YouTube video I uploaded of my problem. I have tried everything and I cannot get it out. My cylinder is stuck and key will not turn to full position. I really need this help. Thank you all

First things first.
Start your question with year, make, model and engine size and then some related info like why are you trying to remove that. What are you trying to accomplish?
