cv joint\ driveshaft???

HELP, I have a 199 T peugeot 106 and the drivers side front wheel has been making a knocking sound for a month or so now and seems to be getting wo rse how easy is it to replace the driveshaft\cv joint myself are there any special tools required, many thanks
