hard steering

hi guys this is the second time I,m posting this question, because I changed my e-mail address. this is a 99 Honda accord 4 cylinder 2.3 engine, the steering is hard and there is growling noise at the steering pump in addition to that the steering fluid comes out through the reservoir, ans as the result it is running out of fluid what could cause that, need you ideas. the e-mail address is
