wheel barring infused with control arm

No cutting torch so not an option are there any other easy ways to take off wheel assembly piece from control arm. It is and Audi and my brother was driving on it to long it got to hot and infused with control arm is there any other way to get them to detach

No, there is not. Sounds like you need to have it towed to a shop.
