Transmission will not shift into next gear until about 35 mph and then again until 65 mph. Started doing this the same day heater core went out and car over heated. Have had the transmission looked at and was told there is not problem with it. The transmission oil does not smell burnt and is at correct level. Is there a coolant line for the transmission that will be effected by the overheating? I can feel allot of heat coming from the transmission in the car when driving. Please help

I would have to double check but I believe these use throttle pressure to determine the upshift points. You can check the throttle body and make sure all the cables are hooked up and nothing it hanging loose....
