2002 Nissan Altima Sign In

I recently blew a fuse on my Altima and when i replaced the fuse i drove around for about 15 minutes then the car started to miss. I can rev the car up in park and neutral but in reverse and drive the car moves but the engine does not rev up like like it does in park in neutral

Which fuse blew and what was it for? It blew for a reason and that's probably the problem,

That fuse may be for the alternator. What did the car do that made you suspect that fuse was blown in the first place? Did you have to jump the car to run again? Any CEL or codes showing? I'm just guessing as it doesn't make much sense yet,
