2003 Sentra occasional transmission noise

hello,
occasionally when i start my car and put auto shifter into R N or D it makes a noise. coincidentally, the stereo/clock has no power at same time.
i restart my car and clock light comes on and no shifter noise.
doess anyone know how i can fix this thanks

Which engine? What does the noise sound like? Can you record it and post the link in here? Have you checked for power on the radio fuses when the clock or radio doesn't work?
