2003 hyunda sonata will not go above 2nd gear

problem began not shifting out of 1st gear. i replaced input & output sensors. ran good for 2-3 weeks. now trans will not go above 2nd gear

Check engine light on? Have the PCM scanned. Write down the trouble codes.
