2005 Ford Ranger 5Speed Transmission Problem

2005 Ford Ranger With 5 Speed transmission. The Transmission is dificault to shift into Fifth it feels thight going into gear. Any ideas ? Also reverse which is right below it is also a little tight too could their be some kind of adjustment on this?

No adjustment on that. Sounds like a shift rail could be binding up, bent shift fork or maybe a bad syncro. If you double clutch the 4-5 upshift does it work easier? How many miles are on this?
