2006 F-150 clunks at low rpms

I have 2006 Ford F-150 5.4 4x4 it seems to make some "clunking" noises when in 3rd gear when its between 1200-1500rpms or going up a hill. If i accelerate above that it seems to be fine.

You might want to see if it needs tuned up. Fords are picky under a light load after there is a few miles on them. It may not give a code but still have an engine miss. If you know anyone that has a high end scanner that can watch the ignition system as you are driving, you might see it. Good luck.
