I have a 2006 Hyundai Elantra manual transmission. I want to know if a 2001 Hyundai Accent driveshaft will work in my Elantra?

First I suggest you change your user name to a non address if you, don't want that all over everywhere.
Parts that many years off? Same as anyone would do is look up the part if you wish for both and see if the same or ask have all info ready on your vehicle. Suggestion is to keep the old one till new (rebuilt) one proves it's right then get your deposit back,

First off...... driveshaft?

This is a front wheel drive car. It doesn't have a driveshaft. It has two axle shafts and NO, they won't be interchangeable. They aren't even the same size car or the same engine.
