I have a 97 chevy blazer 4x4 it has about 159000 miles on it it is a 4.3l v6. The 4x4 was working then got a big snow and then 4x4 will not work anymore I had it jacked up and put it in 4hi and it shifts into 4hi and I can here it engage but when I put it in drive the front tires will not spin the driveshaft from the transfer case to the front diff will spin but the tires will not spin the cv axles are not spinning ether bc I thought it might have been them but it's not is there any way it could be a vacuum hose or something along those lines ?

Rusty; Yes, it could be a vacuum hose that is the problem. I'd have to do some checking, but some of the later models used an electrical solenoid, as well. Get it on a lift and check for a vacuum connection at the transfercase. Loren SW Washington
