700r4 no 3rd Sign In
My 700r4 lost 3rd gear so I rebuilt it and it still doesnt have 3rd. The tv cable is set right, its got new 3-4 clutch packs, the governors fine, and no valves are stuck in the valve body. Is there anything else that could be wrong.
