Acura Itegra smells and shakes

I have a 1994 acura integra 5spd and lately when i get out of the car it smells like burning rubber as if im burning out the clutch even if i take it easy on the car.. also when i sit in neutral or ride at low rpms the car makes a loud rattling sound and i cannot tell what it is.. if you can help i would really appreciate it.

It sounds if the clutch pressure bearing might be worn.....does the noise stop when the clutch is pressed?
