I press on the gas and it goes back to drive. When I switch to park the light on the gear panel does not lite. And I can't get it to go in reverse, is my transmission bad? If you want look under the car left side of the trans where the linkage is, see if there is a switch bolted to the trans, it will have a wire harness going to it.
