Hi there!
I had a problem with my clutch, removed the transmission and need to replace the throw bearing, but it might have caused some damage (see pictures, you'll see one of the arms on it is bent), could you please tell me if i need to replace this or will it be ok? Would i be able to bend it back without problems? It's an old car and not worth much, so i'd rather not spend to much on it.

Yes, you do have the replace the clutch and pressure plate. I don't know why you would even consider not doing it automatically with the trans out.
