Transmission Support Question Sign In

Hi,
2010, Chrysler 300, Touring RWD 3.5L, 118Km

I change the transmission support tonight and I had some trouble putting 1 screw back.
So I took the cross member screws off, and the support was holding it by the 2 screws.
The cross member came free and rotated about 10 to 15 degree,
this is probably due to the tension when I torque the screw.

Question is, is this normal, is there a trick for the support to not do that ?

The torque I found is 48 Nm for the cross member to the frame, and 68Nm for the cross member to the support.

Re: Transmission Support Question Sign In

You probably either have the wrong mount or mounted it backwards.
