Is the engine RPM too high at idle or are you having driveability issues? Who told you it was the TCCS? The torque converter clutch solenoid is used to engage and disengage the torque converter at highway speeds. That to me doesn't seem like the problem. Can you hit back with a little more info?

Idles O.K. The rpm's don't drop enough after shifting (all gears) about 4000 rpm. It was under 3000 rpm before rebuild.
