They probably sell an assortment of tools for this by now but I've wicked good luck making my own out of those weed puller tools from a garden center.
If you just grind the forked end square with a cutter tool then bend them (regular propane is enough while held in a vise. Then when cooled down you can grind them down thinner - then wire brush out the burrs they are great for tight spots. I paint mine back up and ready to go!
So many cars are using those every where and the ones underhood frequently can't be re-used (keep some spares) that I find it a real time saver.

My local junk store sells those weed pullers for .89cents so it's no big deal except for the time to make them. T
