changing spark plugs?

Have 2000 buick lasabre 3.8 need advice on how to reach rear bank of plugs - other sites say loosen top motor mounts and rotate engine - can't find these mounts on this engine any suggestions - maybe these mounts are somewhere but cannot see them

The mounts they refer to would be a "dog bone" looking mount right on top in the front. Yours may not be set up that way. There really isn't any trick to it. You just have to reach back there. It may seem hard but believe me, it's not the hardest to do by far. A swivel plug socket may be helpful with a 6" extension. Make sure the engine is cool.

I like what's called "wobble head" extentions. Get just 1 inch ones and use your other extentions. They allow just 15 degrees of motion as marginally shown above.
Two 1'' ones give you double. I prefer using these (Sears) as to the total U-Jointed sockets - you decide.
Back plugs are a pill. If you tilt engine - leave trans in N and block wheels!

That was a typo
I meant it was NOT the hardest by any means..........duh
