Hello everyone! I was recently at an auction and this item was put into a small lot of items that nobody wanted so I paid $1 for all of it. I have been researching this item since I woke up and I can't find anything about it except for the patent information. I'm mostly concerned with the value (I know, selfish) but any information would be helpful.
