Are you restoring this car or just need it to run well? It will matter whether this is a California car or not. The original set up was on a diagram/sticker on the radiator support or fan shroud and the hoses were color striped to help route them.
If you are in trouble with it just running well for now you can plug off almost all of them except the choke pull off (primary) - skip secondary for now if equipped, and the EGR should be connected to a vacuum port that applies vacuum with air speed or venturi effect vacuum not manifold vacuum or it will screw it up. You can just skip the EGR but it may knock at part throttle without it. This EGR should do nothing at idle or WOT position.
I may have some paper diagrams of this and no scanner here to put them on the 'puter.
Just know that most of that stuff was just to reduce emissions and make the engine run better when cold for just a few minutes and then the stuff didn't matter,

I have the same issue...had a carb fire and the one vac hose that came off during the 'incident' was the vac hose from the distributor advance? mechanism ....all the other hoses are there and were not disturbed but I can not find a place to 'plug' in the vac advance hose.

This was an era of vacuum hose nightmares. Carb should have at least two souces that carry on to cheap, brittle vacuum trees with multiple hoses. They could break off clean and go un-noticed. Many of those were "trees" that were sensing engine temp to delay passing on vacuum till engine warmed up some.
There were many configurations with slight differences. Depended on if car's destination was Calif, High Altitude or for export so one size doesn't fit all for this.
Any luck plain calling GM to get some customer support and have VIN # at the ready?
NAPA can help as well as anyone if you do find a broken vacuum tree. You just can't fix those things wirth a damn. Too brittle,

I saw that but let it go. I recall those color coded diagrams that were hard to read when these cars wers tons newer. Yikes - 1976 - that's pushing the 35 area!
There are good pro edition books from a bit older that that that spelling all that stuff out.
If there's a good archive for all that stuff I don't know where it is out there.
They all can be figured out by lots of know how if you can remember shoot from so long ago. It's out there and bet the car clubs would be a good source,
