Re: antique headlights Sign In

Would it hurt to tell us what car? Even a clue?

Folks have stuff for old cars like nuts. Ebay and others may have what you want but you have say what it is!

Ford for one use teardrop sealed beams for a while if that helps,

That's on a motorcylce so for an older car you need to know 6 or 12 volt,

That's a 37 Ford custom job. These beams should be standard sized but if sealed you need to state 6 or 12 volt. If not marked apply 6 volts and they'll be ok (brighness) if you put 12v power to a 6 volt bult it will blow quickly!

There's no telling for sure what you have unless you tell us??

Or maybe post a picture so we can research it. Some of the OLD people might know it by sight.
