Sign In Hello all New to this foru. Ive just fitted two brand new after market headlights to a 04 vw passat 1.9tdi. Brought the car to my mechanic to adjust them on on his light machine (unsure of what you call them) when he was adjusting one. Of the headlights there was a pop and of course it's now broke, he said it's prity much my fault that I should of switched the headlights down when fitting the electrical adjusters inside the New head lights, is this my fault or his? He is a friend of mine but dont I don't think it's my fault or is it every ones opinion wanted here. Sign In Without being there to see exactly how the adjustments were done, how it was assembled, and what actually broke, placing blame on someone would be premature.
