2014 Honda Accord Maintenance Schedule? Sign In

Mad

Every other car I've owned has a maintenance schedule in the manual. Not this one. (2014 4-cylinder Honda Accord Sedan) I can't even get it from the dealer. Anyone know where I can find it? Thanks.

Great to hear you were looking for it. Owner's manuals in any format are a must for a vehicle for assorted info. This is a bit new to know if there's a new system to just alert you it's time some other way or if on a dash display or who knows?
When all techno gadgets fail nice to have paper that says what types of fluids, capacities, time/miles to change or check as you know obviously.
The age suggests you probably bought it new and if some system is to notify you via device I'm disappointed.
I'll even go look on line for a printable copy or better YOU contact where you bought it or Honda for where it is or how to get one,

The Honda dealer I bought the car from has been no help. The car has a "maintenance minder" that is supposed to tell you when to have maintenance done. However, I am at 20000 miles and so far, the only thing it has told me to do is change the oil. I can't find the schedule online or on Honda's website. I was hoping someone would be able to help me.

Hmmm? Keep asking for a real schedule and type of fluids dag-nabbit the freaking car can't tell you if you are in need someday.
I totally understand decade by decade folks just don't want to be bothered with lots of routine maintenance. Grease fittings are all but gone, Spring and Fall so called "Tune-ups" gone. So much as checking tire pressure and if you need windshield washer fluid (that's been a feature for some time) and so on.
This crap stops working as warnings no different than dropped phone calls to we all know (most probably) that GPS knows best.
It's all a nice thought to remove the burden from YOU the first owner who might own this car for some time not some time of ages ago just buy a new car every 2-3 years.
Been a year and a half drove a very new happened to be Subaru 400 miles and it behaved well. It's GPS was wrong already and interrupted the radio to tell you, you were going the wrong way. Owner was a passenger for this trip had been reading the owner's manual for a few months for real and was that type to do so.
Brand of car doesn't matter. This example the car had a trip odometer as most do reading the same a the odometer under 1,000 miles on it just wanted to reset it when gas was full or track how far you had gone for any reason. No problem, press and hold an invisible button but hold long enough - fine.
Open rear hatch? No latch? No sound that it was unlocked? It senses you bare fingers over an area and you can open it. Not blaming any brand as said but this will be fun with gloves on or covered in dirty road spray in Winter anywhere roads are treated for ice or snow which is a lot of the world never mind plain dirt.
Silly points but wouldn't you want to easily know how to open a hatch or truck where you would keep your things or probably spare fluids and probably the spare tire? Fine - they've had tires within a tire since the 60s you can drive on a flat and soon tires that don't use air but you could hit or wreck one from road defect or debris.
Sorry for the book about this but would want features and schedules not relying on devices of the car or your own device reliant on it being charged if nothing else.
I'm with you. I'd want a schedule of things to be done or checked at what intervals even if the answer is something is not required at least know it,
