AUtel OBDll/EOBD Scanner

Good afternoon all. My Autel OBDll/EOBD MaxiScan MS409 Scanner seem to have gone berserk. The display only shows the check engine light logo. Paging down show rows of >>>>. Is their any way I can restore this scanner.
Thankful for any help.
