Check engine light

Replaced TPS,Replaced IAC,cleaned MASS air flow sensor,,removed an cleaned Throttle Body..still get check engine light an high idle occasionally.When clearing fault code,it reads low voltage from TPS,checking voltage reads good with multimeter. HELP

There are a few hundred different, specific codes.
What is the engine size?
What is the code number?
Where specifically did you measure voltage and what did it read?
Do you have the ability to read data in a scan tool?
