Difference between Alloy and Premium Wheels

OK, I see it whenever I'm checking out Kelly Blue Book prices. Which one is the better of the two? I always assume premium is better but I really have never known. Kind of a dumb question but would like to know. Thanks. cb

Cindy; Alloy vs. Premium wheels is just cosmetic differences. Strictly personal choice. Generally speaking, alloy will have a brushed-alluminum appearance, where premium would be chromed. I think. LOL
