Have a decision to make on my next vehicle Sign In

So next month im getting another vehicle. It will be 4wd and has to seat 6. Heres what im looking at.

03+ dodge ram 4dr gas engine
Any year durango but with the big v8
03+ chevy/gmc full size 4dr
03+ tahoe/yukon/escalade
03+f150
03+ explorer
trailblazer

Any opinions on what would be my best option? My family is growing and a minivan is a no no for me. Plus the type of work i do a truck would help on hauling and a suv with a trailer is also a option.

Give ne your opinion on what you think also looking for pros and cons
im more leaning on a dodge product but the right deal on something else will also be a factor.

Tahoe, Trail Blazer, and Yukon are POS in my opinion. The Explorer with the 4.0L E and K has a lot of plastic coolant system parts that like to crack and cause overheating.

Best thing for you to do is take a vehicle your interested in for a test drive to see what you think. Regardless what you choose, take it to your mechanic and have them inspect everything on the vehicle before you make a purchase. You may pay a little inspection fee, but it is worth it to find out if there is something that is going to cost you some bucks to fix later on.

Laugh but not funny. Not thrilled with much out there by anyone. Just a thought is to really think if you need 4X4 as it does add both price and complicates service and more things to go wrong.

As DS suggested, get whatever checked out professionally can save you tons of grief later,

Yes i need 4x4 where i live ill never get anywhere in the snow.

I know all about getting a vehicle checked out. I just wanted opinions about what i could possibly have less problems with. Regular maintenance is something im very religious about. I always take care of my vehicles.
