They talk in kilometres here in the Philippines how do I map this on to this checklist do you think? Strictly speaking 10,000 miles is 16,000 km/10,000 km is 6200 miles. Thanks

That was an old thread that was pretty much for US only didn't show metric measures or miles. If that matched engine and everything for your car just do the math?
If not seek the correct owner's manual for your car this is listed in paper in all if the ones for that car model year AND country it was sold to new. It may say on driver's door jam or stickers under the hood.
The salvage yards sell these or on-line.
Just by chance happened to do some work on now a very old US car sent to Manila it was fixed/altered to meet a few things not required for the US (lighting and metric odometer) otherwise identical yours may not be,

Yes and I'm very grateful for that. I tried converting to kilometres for the Philippines but it came out really weird because the time intervals do not correspond to the distance so I just used time.
Interestingly the local dealer here accidentally gave me a 70,000 km service (equivalent to 52,500 miles time interval) instead of an 80,000 km (60,000 miles) service. They tried to convince me it was the same!

If it's just a suggestion you decide or if you are complaining about something or just want to be early. Otherwise time/distance estimates are just that - estimates. A math mistake is another issue!
