Snapon scanners Sign In

Hey all,
I been looking into getting a used snapon scanner.
I've been looing at the mtg2500 and the ethos, the mtg2500 is old i know but it's the cheapest.
Do you guys think it would be even worth even buying the mtg2500 for around $500 or should i wait a little longer to save up for the ethos if i have to?

Never had a snapon scanner before so any input would be helpful.

Thanks,
-Scotty

Sh!t, the updates are worth more than that. An updated Solus Pro will bring over $2500

I know i know.., That's why it looks like all i will be able to get is a used ETHOS or the mt-2500.
If i "had" the money I would be buying a brand new one, but what can i say...I'm broke.Unsure

You snooze you loose , right ? Sorry for the wait Scotty . My son is hauling some cars to two different states and I cant seem to reach the guy who borrowed the 2500 . I did'nt want to make a deal that i could not back up. As for his other scanner,. Its a Solus Pro , all cables and case , domestic and asian to 2009, all keys , mint condition. he paid $ 4200 to snap off . Hes asking $ 2800 OBO . He'll pay shippping.

Re: Snapon scanners Sign In

OK no problem, I appreciate it either way.
Yeah I wouldn't been able to come up with $2800 anyway.
Maybe DS will be interested.
I paid $480 for my mtg-2500 with some cards and connectors, I also bought some other connectors and stuff too.

Thanks again RT.

Re: Snapon scanners Sign In

Ok guys, I need some help.
I got my mtg-2500.
The screen is static looking and flashes on and off for awhile before the unit actually turns on,
Once it's on it works fine.
The seller I bought it from said it works fine and that the messed up looking screen when it's trying to turn on was normal..Unsure
I've checked all the cable connections real good also, and once it's on you can giggle all the connectors all you want and it's fine.

Any help would be great.

Thanks,
- Scotty
