Uncomfortable Seats

I have a new (2009) Subaru Legacy Sedan with heated leather seats. Very uncomfortable. Adjustable lumbar support is too high: we are small people. Can the seats be rebuilt? Can the support bar be removed or moved back? Can the seatback be straightened. Or What?

Anything can be done by a custom upholstery shop. It's just a question if it's worth what they will charge you to do it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
