What should the labor cost be to replace an evap system on a 2003 dodge intrepid es 2.7 liter engine?

There is no such operation as "replacing an evap system".
It's just that, a system made up of individual components, lines and tanks. You need to know specifically what the problem is. If you are getting a code, post the code number here.

The labor for the canister is 1.7 hours. There is nothing called a "switch".
