While that may seem condescending, I do not intend it to be. More of a warning like HT gave you. Buying a car from an auction lot like that, you better have a fully equipped shop, extra cash to dump into it, and the knowledge to see that it is repaired properly. If you don't have that, you will be looking at a money pit, not a bargain.
