2004 dodge stratus 2.4L not passing emissions test

2004 dodge stratus 2.4L not passing emissions test why
Emission saying: 1. Catalyst…Not Ready 2. Oxygen Sensor… Not Ready I put 375 highway miles on the car, hopping this will pass it.
In the car there is no Code to see, when I take it to the auto parts store when they check it out and there is no check engine lights. (It keep Failing emission test.)
I changed the o2 sensor, new spark plugs and wires, new gas with treatments.
Please can someone help me.
I don’t know what to do?
I can’t keep pull over by the police department for expired tags.
Any ideas?

It's failing because you cleared the computer. The car has to be driven through a very specific drive cycle That includes many different types of driving and vehicle temperatures for those monitors to reset. A` straight cruise at constant speed will not reset the monitors.
