Falling Car Domains and Tired Site owners

We have noticed over the years that the web is a hard place to be... Most web sites take up a large part of peoples lives and sometimes people get to tired of it all and just leave their sites...
We have lost some great niche sites over the years and we would like to try and save the other falling websites out their by given their owners a place to send their hard work so that it would continue to benefit people for years to come.
If you or someone you know is going to let their site fall and you feel it would help at least one person in the future then Please let them know that we would consider buying their site or giving it a new home here at carjunky.com.
