Very slow to accelerate and almost feels like its going to shake and breakdown. Check engine light comes on after raining and accelerating just to get to 30 mph. Garages dont know whats wrong. could it be something improperly mixing, water getting in engine?? Sounds like the moisture is breaking down a plug wire. Please include any recent repairs that have been done trying to correct this problem. The more information we have, the more we can help. Also since the check engine light comes on, what is the code number that is stored in the computer? Why is this so? If you mist the engine with tap water (cool engine) you'll probably see the arching of spark where the problem is. What's a "partial" tune up?
