Mitsu; You'll need to determine for sure, whether or not it's getting spark at the time it won't start. Let us know, then we may be able to help. Could be overfueling or underfueling. Loren SW Washington

The biggest problem is that you are so far away, so testing is gonna be... She's going to have to find out what is lacking when she tries starting it. Fuel or spark. It is possible that it is overfueling, and flooding the engine from a fault coolant temp sensor. Is it cold where she is at? You could have her try clear flooding the engine. To do that, it's just like the old carbureted engines. Hold the throttle to the floor (don't pump the pedal) and crank the engine. By doing this, it shuts off the flow of fuel and allows extra air into the engine to help compensate for the additional fuel...If this is what's going on, there's a good chance that the oil has become contaminated with fuel which will cause a domino effect. The PCV system will pick up those fuel vapors in the oil and 'try' and burn them, but the system is already rich. So, if she can get it started this way, she'll need to get it checked and have the oil and filter changed once it is diagnosed and repaired. Loren SW Washington
