Thed 0/2 sensor does have the most effect on fuel mileage. Check the accuracy of temp sensors also. Inflate the tires to recommended pressure. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Is that in the city or highway? That should be running rich as hell or leaking gas at 10 mpg unless it sits around idling a lot. The check engine light on? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Surprised a broken (not sure what that means) air filter sure would be a problem. About anything not right will be a problem and worse when really burning or wasting too much fuel will with some time clog up converter(s) and make it that much more of a problem to get back to normal. Just note: The most efficient vehicle sitting still or that 10 feet at a time bumper to bumper traffic will get crap for MPGs. So depending on situations low MPG can be normal but not whatever way this air filter is broken so certainly fix that. Shocked it isn't throwing a code of a failure which would not say broken air filter but tell you that something is wrong and the area to go looking. Hey - IMO and proven that injector cleaner just in your gas can be preventative but near certainly will not cure and injector problem. Easy on junk like that as it can cause problems! T

Inspect for broken pieces of the filter in the MAF sensor. Inspect the MAF sensor elements for contamination. You can clean the elements with MAF cleaner or electrical contact cleaner. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

I haven't heard that song in a while. The last time I heard that is when I was watching the movie Uncle Buck. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
